Booking your Morocco adventure is simple and straightforward.
Submit an inquiry through our website, email, or WhatsApp with your preferred travel dates, group size, and any special requests.
Our team will prepare a customized itinerary and quotation based on your travel preferences, accommodation category, and desired experiences.
Once you are satisfied with the proposed itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve accommodations, transportation, guides, and other travel services.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a confirmation email containing your itinerary, booking details, and all relevant travel information.
All tour prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Accommodation rates, transportation costs, desert camp availability, local supplier pricing, exchange rates, and seasonal demand may fluctuate throughout the year, particularly during peak travel periods, public holidays, and special events.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and may vary depending on the tour, accommodation category, travel dates, and group size.
The remaining balance may be paid before arrival or upon arrival in Morocco, depending on the payment arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
A full refund of the deposit will be issued, excluding any non-refundable transaction, processing, banking, or currency conversion fees.
50% of the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit becomes non-refundable due to commitments made to accommodations, transportation providers, local guides, and other suppliers.
Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

In rare circumstances due to availability, maintenance requirements, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, Morocco Tabiarte Tours reserves the right to substitute accommodations, desert camps, transportation, or other services with alternatives of similar or higher quality at no additional cost to the traveler.
If you wish to modify your itinerary, travel dates, accommodation category, or services after booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
