How to Book a Tour with Us:

To ensure your tour, a small deposit is required and can be done easily and securely over PayPal. Moreover, the balance you might can pay the driver in cash once you meet each other at airport or accommodation. besides, the currency EURO, USD and MAD are both acceptable.

Is possible to pay the total amount with credit card or PayPal?

Please be noticed that we don’t accept payments with credit cards due to many fees and hold security risks, although we ask for the balance in cash because PayPal has also too many transaction fees and operational delays as it’s an international institution. In addition to that, we can accept it in some cases via PayPal but a 5% fee will be added to cover up the extra transaction charges. If you’re thinking this method, it is better to arrange the payment before the tour.

Cancelation process:

In order to get a full refund, please inform us at least 15 days before the start date of the tour. However, there must be a convincing excuse.

We enjoyed our day trip to Marrakech in feb 2019. We were in good hands with our driver/guide Ali and were provided a comfortable car. We had a good tour of Bahia Palace and had a great time in the Market. Lunch was excellent. Our guide, Ali, was excellent. We enjoyed the tour of the palace and he was very good with our children. The camel ride was also a good experience, everyone was awesome and made our trip memorable.
